From the Ashram to Modern Wellness: A 14-Year Journey

Yoga is more than a practice to me; it is a life’s work shaped by 14 years of devotion and study. My journey began in the sacred environment of an Ashram, where I lived the teachings I now share. This foundation, coupled with a degree in Sanskrit grammar, allows me to bring the “Yoga of the Source” to the modern practitioner.

Whether I am teaching a restorative therapeutic session or a philosophy-heavy workshop, my goal is to make ancient wisdom accessible. I am committed to helping you find transformation through a practice that honors tradition while meeting the specific therapeutic needs of your body today.
