200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali
Multi-Style Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Most people who end up here have been thinking about this for a while. Not days. Months, sometimes longer. They’ve been practicing, building up the thought quietly, waiting for some sign that the timing is finally right. Here’s the honest truth though — the timing never announces itself. You just have to move.
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali at Bali Yoga Experience is the real beginning point for any person who wants to teach professionally. Not symbolically. Actually professionally.
Why does the 200-hour matter especially? Because Yoga Alliance’s RYT 200 is the credential that every studio, wellness brand, corporate retreat, and private client worldwide truly checks. It’s the industry baseline. Without it, you’re a yoga practitioner. With it, you’re a qualified teacher who can work anywhere on the planet. That distinction is worth 23 days of your life.
Here’s what those 23 days look like at our yoga school in Klungkung, Bali. You’re up early. Pranayama at 6:30, Ashtanga Yoga straight after. Philosophy mid-morning. Hatha and Vinyasa through late morning. Afternoons go into Ayurveda, anatomy, and alignment work — the sessions most students say they underestimated before they arrived. Yin Yoga closes the practice day. Meditation brings everything down before dinner. It’s full. Deliberately full. Because depth doesn’t happen in two-hour weekly classes. It happens when yoga is your entire environment for weeks.
The teaching practicum is what most schools gloss over in their brochures. We won’t. You will teach. In front of your batch, with your instructor watching, more than once. You’ll be corrected on your cues, your sequencing, your adjustments. It is uncomfortable at first. That discomfort is the entire point. By day 20 it isn’t uncomfortable anymore. It’s just what you do.
Our experienced yoga teachers in Bali hold E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500 from Yoga Alliance USA. The E-RYT designation requires a minimum of 1,000 post-certification teaching hours. That’s not a small number. It means the person correcting your downward dog has seen hundreds of versions of it and knows exactly what yours needs.
Batches cap at 15 students. Maximum. 500-plus graduates. 180 countries represented. Five stars on Google from verified students who trained here and went on to actually teach.
Shared room starts at $1,499. That includes 22 nights’ housing, three daily meals, terminal pickup, all materials, one Balinese massage, Sunday excursions, and your Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certificate. Not ready for the full 200 hours yet? Start with our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and build up at your own pace. Already certified at 200 hours? Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali takes you to the advanced level.
