Code of Conduct
To maintain a disciplined, respectful, and focused learning environment, all students of Bali Yoga Experience are expected to follow the rules and code of conduct outlined below:
- Mandatory Attendance
Attendance in all scheduled classes, workshops, and activities is compulsory, except in genuine emergency situations. - Leave Policy
Any uninformed or unapproved leave may negatively affect the student’s overall course performance and certification eligibility. - Daily Self-Study
Students are required to commit to a minimum of two hours of daily self-study to gain the maximum benefit from the training. - Punctuality
Classes begin at fixed times. Students must observe strict punctuality and arrive prepared for each session. - Substance-Free Campus
Smoking, alcohol, and the use of any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on campus. - Meal Courtesy
Students are requested to inform the kitchen staff in advance if they will not be attending a meal to help minimize food wastage. - Conduct and Respect
Discipline, humility, and respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students must be maintained at all times. - Financial Clearance
All outstanding fees and financial dues must be fully settled before departure from Bali Yoga Experience. - Return of School Property
Prior to departure, students must return all school property, including books, yoga mats, and any other materials provided during the course. - Accommodation Policy
Accommodation is provided exclusively for enrolled students. Relatives or friends are not permitted to stay in student housing. Separate arrangements may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability. - Full Participation Requirement
Participation in all scheduled programs, classes, and activities organized by Bali Yoga Experience is mandatory.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program without refund.
