Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
An advanced course fee for all Yoga Teacher Training Course & Retreats Fees at Bali Yoga Experience is 25% (25% is advance course fees and $25 USD is PayPal/bank charges) for 100/200/300 Hour Yoga TTC & 6 Days Yoga Retreats. The balance of the course fees can be paid on arrival at the Bali Yoga Experience. Students can pay balance of their course fees by Bank Transfer/Cash /Card.

Payment Confirmation
Once you have made the deposit toward the course fees, kindly send us a copy of your payment receipt. Upon receiving it, we will issue and forward your course booking confirmation letter.
The remaining balance of the course fees will be payable upon your arrival at the school.
Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- The advance course fee deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of an emergency, students may transfer to a different schedule by providing at least 15 days’ prior notice.
- Cancellation requests made within 15 days of the course start date will not be accepted, and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
- If a student cancels after joining the course or does not attend due to unavoidable circumstances (no-show), the advance deposit remains non-refundable. A new application will be required to enrol again.
